Job Description

  • Assist in identifying the market segments that helps in attracting students from target schools in Egypt and in the Gulf area (UAE, Kuwait, and KSA)
  • Assist in promoting post graduate studies to different target groups through website, social media, and relevant media tools.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of presentation in target schools inside and outside Egypt to promote MIU and attract students.
  • Collect and evaluate materials such as: photos, videos, and news received about the university to be published on the university’s website, social media, and newspapers.
  • Assist and cover events by writing press releases, videos-shoot, photo-shoot, and updating and maintaining content on the website.
  • Administrating and moderating social media pages (You Tube, twitter, Facebook, Linked In) on social media contents and posts on YouTube and alumni Facebook page.
  • Deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual elements.
  • Responsible for generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany visuals.
  • Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with university marketing strategy and values.
  • Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, and message) based on target audience’s behaviours.
  • Specialise in producing copy for:
  1. Above the line advertising, which uses mass media like TV, cinema, interactive media, posters and radio scripts to promote brands
  2. Below the line advertising, which uses less conventional methods that focus on direct means of communication, like brochures, leaflets, press advertisements and direct mail?

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree - preferred Mass communication.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS office level.
  • Excellent English Language Command.
