Job Description
- Lead the development team
- Manage life cycle of a project, from design to deployment
- Plan and prioritize project features
- Participate in project architecture design
- Development of new features and modules, as well as maintaining the existing
- Code reviews
- Establish ways for team members to complete their tasks
- Create communication channels between the team and other departments
- Responsible for estimation management, timesheet management, proper resource management, proper time management and quality management
- Responsible for identifying project risks
- Define milestones for a new project
- Mentor and lead a team of junior developers
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Follow established coding standards and development process
- Maintain existing code and debug when necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer science or any relative degree
- Minimum of 7 Years’ experience including 2 years leading a team.
- PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL
- OOP, design patterns
- Zend Framework,
- Laravel Framework
- Symfony Framework, API – Platform
- Code Igniter
- eCommerce Website
- Magneto
- Open Cart
- A desire to work with, and quickly learn a modern development stack that includes MongoDB, react, Elasticsearch, Git- a plus
- DevOps (Continuous Deployment, Continuous integration, Source control, Docker)
