Semak company is hiring now (lawyer),

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing full legal protection to the company.
  • Note that the wording of the terms of the contract with the second party, unequivocal and unambiguous, is a full legitimate rights.
  • Manage business and activities, under the terms, expiration date, contract period, renewal, value, address etc. ..To preserve the rights of the company and responsibilities
  • Contribute to the resolution of disputes and issues by investors and customers when needed.
  • Representation before courts, legal institutions and other legal cases.
  • Implementation of supervision and follow-up.
  • Develop and prepare legal directives to interpret laws, regulations and procedures from the legal dimension.
  • Preparation of periodic reports and related legal aspects.
  • Review complaints and provide legal guidance to solve them and preserve the rights of complainants and management.
  • Oversee collection of evidence of its kind
  • Develop legal procedures and agencies.
  • Perform any other business responsibilities.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of Law.
  • Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing).
  • Proven comparable law firm experience.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
