Job Overview: The candidate is an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer who will work in HVAC Controls and Building Management Systems (BMS). S/He will work in the Projects Department in the implementation steps of the projects that include: Engineering, Commissioning, Programming and Startup. S/He will be responsible for in-hand projects from start to finish, as well as complete hand over.

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Manage a small projects team
• Engineering, programming and startup
• Supervise technicians in project commissioning
• Site duties: communication, correspondence, meetings and coordination with other parties on site
• Get consultants’ approvals on site
• Understand value Engineering, construction contracts, liabilities and project time programs
• Projects hand over
