This is a full-time position for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to be in charge of Salesforce CRM and business automation projects in the Gulf. You MUST have at least 2 years of experience managing software projects.
The job is based in our Cairo office with frequent travel to the Gulf, up to 2 to 3 weeks at a time, once or more every month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through full lifecycle with three main KPIs in mind: time, budget, and quality
- Allocate resources and define roles and responsibilities, specific outcomes, and clear measures for quality and success of the team
- Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology
- Manage the project team and their backlog and daily tasks
- Defines and scopes client requirements and deliverables.
- Manage relationship and communication with client, Cloud Concept team, Salesforce, third-party vendors, and other project stakeholders
- Prepare, track, and maintain project management artefacts and deliverables: project charter, project plan, progress reports, deliverable sign-offs, etc.
- Manage and control overall project deliverables
- Organize, manage, and participate in meetings with the customer: progress meetings, requirements gathering, UAT, etc.
- Maintain control over external dependencies and risk mitigation
- Regularly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Identify and manage project change orders
- Plan and execute go-live
- Prepare and manage support post-go-live
- Participate in pre-sales activities to define project scope, timeline, and resources
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business and drive deeper, strategic interactions between the client and Cloud Concept
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing software projects,Salesforce CRM experience is a big advantage
- Familiar with agile development methodologies.
- Strong technological skills and ability to learn task-management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or an equivalent.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively to the Gulf on trips 2 to 3 weeks long every month
- Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- PMP & Agile certificationsare a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model using onsite/offshore model, development, support, QA, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing IT system/service development/compliance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
- Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.
- Spoken English is a must
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
