Job Description
- Coordinate meetings and correspondence between Management and Suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports .
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures .
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers .
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems .
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients .
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers .
Job Requirements
- Females only .
- Bachelor Degree in Any discipline .
- Preferred to be near from Al Maadi district .
- 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant .
- Very good command in English (IS A MUST) .
- Proficiency in MS office specifically ( Excel ) ( IS A MUST) .
- The ability to work under pressure .
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations .
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality .
