Job Description

  • Coordinate meetings and correspondence between Management and Suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports .
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures .
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers .
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems .
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients .
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers .

Job Requirements

  • Females only .
  • Bachelor Degree in Any discipline .
  • Preferred to be near from Al Maadi district .
  • 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant .
  • Very good command in English (IS A MUST) .
  • Proficiency in MS office specifically ( Excel ) ( IS A MUST) .
  • The ability to work under pressure .
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations .
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality .
