Job Description :-
- Personnel Task : Register / Remove Employees from Social Insurance, Prepare Insurance payment, prepare Employment Contract , Archiving Employee Files,issuing Letters as requested from Employees or management, Keep Record of Vacations , Absenteeism, Delay.
- Recruitment Task : Create JD & JQ for the needed Job , Create the Ads and Advertise through job website and social Media , Filter CV with Concerned Department , interview Scheduling, First and Final Interview till Job offer for the Accepted Candidate and on boarding.
- Performance Management : managing PM system Already in place Follow up the PA every Month,Quarter and Year with All Divisions.
- Ensure that All the policy of the company of Being Applied.
- Investigate in incident and Recommend the Appropriate action to the Top management.
- Responsible for the Creation and implementation of any other HR Functions.
