Job Description
Project Coordinator
- We are looking for a Project Coordinator Part time (6 months), who will work closely with all departments in the renovation project which will be for 6-7 months approximately.
- Ensure effective communication between locally based authorities, consultants, suppliers, contractors and service providers and management team (including translation assistance when required)
- Ensures that the project works proceed according to the financial budget
- Responsible for monitoring and control documentation is obtained and filed according to corporate standards and requirements
- Ensures contracted services and work are delivered to schedule and according to contractual agreement.
- Obtains quotations for the supply of goods and services required for the project
- Organizes regular meetings of stakeholders and external contacts to agreed project timeline
- Arranges local accommodation of visitors on project-related business arriving from outside Egyp
Job Requirements
- University degree in a relevant subject area e.g. Engineering, business administration
- Proven record of projects completed or building management experience Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent MS Office
- Time Management Skills
- High Communication Skills
- Planning and organizing
