About the Job

Project Coordinator

  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator Part time (6 months), who will work closely with all departments in the renovation project which will be for 6-7 months approximately.
  • Ensure effective communication between locally based authorities, consultants, suppliers, contractors and service providers and management team (including translation assistance when required)
  • Ensures that the project works proceed according to the financial budget
  • Responsible for monitoring and control documentation is obtained and filed according to corporate standards and requirements
  • Ensures contracted services and work are delivered to schedule and according to contractual agreement.
  • Obtains quotations for the supply of goods and services required for the project
  • Organizes regular meetings of stakeholders and external contacts to agreed project timeline
  • Arranges local accommodation of visitors on project-related business arriving from outside Egyp
Job Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant subject area e.g. Engineering, business administration
  • Proven record of projects completed or building management experience Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Excellent MS Office
  • Time Management Skills
  • High Communication Skills
