Job Description
- Manage the daily admin works, data entries and petty cash procedures of transportation operations
- Make the weekly expenses process and approval of hard copy documents; resolves all pending issues with finance team.
- Follow up on the accuracy of daily data entries on the operations sheets as required.
- Reconcile and report all payroll documents for transportation team
- Reconcile and report fuel consumption
- Acts as the main contact point with TOTAL on card issuing, black listing, etc.
- Manage all purchase orders for transportation department.
- Follow- up & control for all entitlements of suppliers and make sure it was paid on time
- Act as administrative support on all HR related documents /activities / requirements for transportation team members based in Obour
- Follow up on implementation and reconcile reports on training records
- Responsible for HR service log for transportation team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Microsoft Office Skills is a must
- Multitasking and time-management
- Good communication skills
