Job Description
Fruit link is a firm working with international exports in field of fruits. We currently have a unique opportunity as a "Administrative Assistant" with the following duties:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Develop and maintain a system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Arrangements for all exhibition, trade mission and other events
- Job type: Indoor-full time.
Job Requirements
- Experience at least 2 years
- Near living is preferred; El Nozha-cairo.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
