Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.

Main Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Provide administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence emails.
  • Handle visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Alert manager about cancellation or new meetings.
  • Handle information requests.
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Helps prepare office budget.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.

Job Requirements

  • From 2-5 years of experience.
  • Residents of Nasr City or Heliopolis, Mokattam, or Maadi.
  • Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Presentable.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
