Job Description
- Observe the organization’s food preparation, handling, storage, and transportation processes
- Interview food preparation and handling personnel
- Review the organization’s food safety-related records and documents (e.g., receiving records, HACCP plan)
- Issue a formal audit report to the organization and certification body, as well as issue ISO 22000 certificate
- Conduct timely follow-ups with client
Job Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in same field
- IRCA certified ISO 22000 lead auditor
- IRCA certified ISO 9001 lead auditor
- HACCP Certification is a must
- Willing to travel per project
