Job Description

As a Technical BMS Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Sales Action Plan of the UniPower Sales in Egypt. Build and strengthen business relationships with key channel partner organizations. Ensure UniPower Egypt has to serve as the primary customer contact for technical, commercial, and business issues for those accounts and sectors assigned. Work with Presales & Projects Managers on all technical issues. understanding of the customer segment including MEP contractors and Project consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Sales Action Plan.
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated Areas/ markets.
  • Focuses on selling solutions with a complete understanding and analysis of the client’s existing and future business needs.
  • Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs
  • Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and sectors and provide this information on a regular basis to the Sales management team.
  • Maintain and expand your list/database of prospects
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Any other sales/ pre/after-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
  • Delivery of product technical presentations demonstrating how products and services meet client needs and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Developing Short/ long-term relationships with clients.
  • Be able to personally conduct a basic product presentation/demonstration (hardware and software).
  • Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve preset financial targets.
  • Update the task list to incorporate all sent quotation and their respective statuses.
  • Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical /Mechatronics/Electrical..etc.)
  • 1-3 years experience as a Technical BMS Sales Engineer.
  • Experience in selling BMS, and HVAC products is an advantage.
  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communications, presentations, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
  • Challenging Personality.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
