Job Description

  • Coordinate meetings and correspondence between Management and Branches.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists locally and overseas
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Provide general support to overseas branches
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Very good command in English (IS A MUST)
  • Very Good command in French ( is preferred )
  • Proficiency in MS office specifically ( Excel ) ( IS A MUST)
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
