Job Description
- Coordinate meetings and correspondence between Management and Branches.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists locally and overseas
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Provide general support to overseas branches
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Very good command in English (IS A MUST)
- Very Good command in French ( is preferred )
- Proficiency in MS office specifically ( Excel ) ( IS A MUST)
- The ability to work under pressure
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
