Job Description
- Review and process construction for project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards, prepare shop drawings according to ongoing site works.
- Requires broad training, education, and experience in design, analysis, report writing, oral presentations, and client relations.
- Interfaces with clients at a technical and contract level.
- Makes independent decisions on design problems and methods.
- May be assigned to check the work of others.
- Applies skills to minimize risks and vulnerabilities and seeks means to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Reviews and approves all work performed under his supervision.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all codes and standards.
- Supervises the preparation and checks the accuracy of contract documents (for Electric).
- Incorporates applicable codes, construction techniques and sequences in various projects including all aspects of cross disciplines (for Electric).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in design.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Fluent in English
- Capable of providing leadership and motivation to a team that is performing a sequence of tasks in order to meet milestones.
