Job Description
- Managing minutes of meeting and calendars for Autocare department.
- Provide all publications related to Autocare & Autostop.
- Handling all correspondences related to Autocare and Autostop with Governmental and non-governmental organizations, corporations and other entities
- Handling all activities related to utilities and rent payments issues for all AutoCare branches.
- Handling all Correspondence and all terms for Misr Petroleum
- Follow-up the renewal of licenses for all Autocare and Autostop branches
- Follow-up and adjustment all Autocare office commands/stationery
- Receiving all needs “Hygiene needs, buffet and stationery” for all branches monthly and ensuring their arrival to each branch.
- Follow-up Supplying and receiving uniforms for all Autocare and Autostop employees.
- Review Security company statements and pay their bills
- Receiving purchase orders from warehouse and transferring them to purchasing department then following up their arrival to stores again
- Receiving all Autocare & Autostop invoices and sending them to the Taxes section to be settled from the treasury
- Responsible for discharging Contracts terms related to Autocare & Autostop in the diary
- Follow-up all maintenance work for Autocare and Autostop branches and Following up its implementation with maintenance companies.
- Manage all daily activities related to the department.
- Maintain professional filling and archiving system.
- Provide translation services to Nacita managers & heads of divisions when needed.
- Provide the direct manager with periodical reports related to functional area performance.
- Provide technical support to his\her superior in any related tasks based on request.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Management or any other related field.
- Specialized Courses or degree in secretarial work is preferable.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably related to administration.
- Capable of translating from Arabic to English and vise versa.
