Job Description
- Direct project management, construction schedule, and supervision.
- Monitor design consultant’s performance and delivery to ensure design integration correctness and completeness to provide integrated project delivery.
- Manage project scope of work, time, cost and quality plans, propose as well as approving alternative materials/systems if necessary.
- Coordinate site design and construction activities to ensure timely and accurate management of design work.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of Architectural OR Civil Engineering/higher degree
Experience:
- 8-12 years
(5 years of SOLID experience in TURNKEY PROJECTS is a MUST)
- Supervising, planning and organizing proven records
Languages:
- Very good English
Software:
- Excellent MS Office
- Excellent Auto CAD
