Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
- Salary starts from: 3800 EGP Net + KPIs up to 1175
- Transportation door to door is provided.
- Social and medical insurance.
- VPN from Vodafone (unlimited messages, unlimited calls).

- Rotational 2 days off.
- Working hours: rotational 9 hours per day included one hour break.
