Job Description
- Ensure quality controls are set
- Oversee tests and monitor activities such as Production Rates of different lines
- Review and confirm company deliverables
- Track and review corrective and preventive actions
- Review designs, changes, and plans of specifications and processes
- Perform verifications and tests according to process
- Ensure project and processes meet all requirements and reliability standards
- Work with product managers and operations teams to prioritize tasks and workflow
- Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements
Job Requirements
- Degree in quality, mechanical, or industrial engineering;
- Certification as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)
- Five years previous experience in a quality engineer, quality assurance, or related role
- Experience with Quality Management systems such as ISO 9001
- In-depth understanding of different methodologies and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
