Job Description
- Execute quantity calculations based on the qualitative input of the project
- Preparing the weekly and monthly quantities and measurements.
- Assist in Rate Analysis and pricing
- Quantity takeoffs base on contracts drawings and Identify opportunities for cost
- Performing risk, value management, and cost
- Providing advice on contractual claims.
- Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
- Efficiently and constructively cooperate with the commercial department
This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for- at times you may be requested to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in cost control
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Fluent in English
