About the Job
  • Performing market research to identify new opportunities, presenting findings clearly, and making recommendations for action
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring business development activities to grow both Nagwa’s user base and public image
  • Researching, identifying, and building a database of potential users and mutually productive relationships with entities of common interest
  • Conducting presentations for potential users and presenting Nagwa products with live demos
  • Providing technical assistance to our users, reporting issues to the appropriate team, and following up until resolution
  • Reporting user recommendations to management regarding necessary changes or developments to Nagwa products
  • Attending events related to our core business to meet potentials users and to promote Nagwa’s profile and products
Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, background in education is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to write reports, promotional materials, and constructive feedback

  • Monthly gross salary offered for this position is in the range of 5,000 EGP–10,000 EGP.
