Job Description

  • Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Take the lead in the development of new business opportunities that support the company's overall growth strategy.
  • Work effectively with Managers and Directors, to develop long term strategic relationships.
  • Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the company's services and solutions.
  • Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals with potential customers, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team monthly.
  • Evaluate operational issues to determine how competitive and it is with the latest trends in the industry.
  • Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering background.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in sales & business development with a proven track record of success in industrial sectors/Water Plants.
  • French Speaking is a must
  • Good understanding and application of complex sales techniques including creating, negotiating and closing large-scale deals.
  • Proven ability to develop long term strategic relationships with C-Level decision makers.
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
