Job Description
- Reports to the project manager
- Follow-up and monitoring the implementation process and supplies in general
- Follow-up process of documents for implementation and appropriations and methods of implementation
- Supervise the implementation team and subcontractors to accomplish tasks on time and quality required
- Commitment to quality and safety systems and their transfer to the implementation team
- Finding effective solutions to the problems of the site in coordination with the team of engineers, surveyors, supervisors and subcontractors
- Arranging the movement of equipment and materials inside the site and maintaining it and the assets of the company
- Manpower management and implementation to provide maximum performance rates
- Search for solutions and provide the level of surface required in the event of a problem and coordination with different departments to work panels or tests necessary
- Follow-up work of subcontractors
- Make use of available resources to provide higher implementation rates
- Provide periodic reports on implementation and continuous traffic and monitor the business process in reality
- Ensure that official documents are submitted before implementation or delivery begins
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of Civil or architect engineering.
- Experience: minimum 10 years’ experience .
- Training courses: (AutoCAD- Revit- SAP -Microsoft office) is a must
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
- Analytical thinking
- High written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Proper time management
