Job Description
- Find new sources of supply, as well as search for the original supply source if needed (original source) to get the best prices and follow up the warehouses daily for goods.
- Compile the prices of the items ordered by three or more suppliers to compare them and choose the optimal price and timely delivery.
- Maintain working relationships with vendors, evaluate vendor contract terms, and negotiate prices.
- Place, schedule, and follow-up on orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery and follow up the purchase till it delivered to the warehouse.
- Resolve billing issues and any conflicts between the company and the vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Proficiency of the computer & excellent using of MS Office applications.
- Good in English
- Time management skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- 2+ years’ experience in purchasing (food materials, spices, nuts, caffeine raw materials & packaging materials) for Food Industries. (preferred)
