Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary material.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English Speaker is a MUST.
  • No Veil.
  • Willing to work in Kilo 35 Cairo/Alex road.
  • 6th of October resident is a MUST.
  • Bachelors degree holder.
  • Flexibility to travel inside and outside Egypt.
  • Presentable.
  • Communication skills and soft skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills & MS Office.
  • High Experience in office organization & filing Systems.
  • Fast, Self-Motivated and Organized.
