About the Job

Main Job Duties:

  • Dealing with the salespeople: To issue all document for each sold unit ( COT, Invoice & Warranty )
  • SAP Data Entry: To ensure that all data for each car sold are on system ( Sales order, Delivery order, COT invoice & Warranty)
  • Receptionist & Telephone Operator: Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly & efficient manner. & Take the massages & Client data and proved him with basic information
  • Warranty Register: Issue warranty booklet for end users and feed SAP with all his license data
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet and greet customers in a professional way to meet customer satisfaction as per company standards
