Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Dealing with incoming faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit

Job Requirements

  • Business Administration , Secretarial studies Or any equivalent degree
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, will often be party of confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for Both Arabic & English Language
  • Strong knowledge of standard software packages such as word processing, Excel, Power point in addition to the ability to learn company-specific software if required
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
  • Attention to details
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
