Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Dealing with incoming faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit
Job Requirements
- Business Administration , Secretarial studies Or any equivalent degree
- Discretion and trustworthiness, will often be party of confidential information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for Both Arabic & English Language
- Strong knowledge of standard software packages such as word processing, Excel, Power point in addition to the ability to learn company-specific software if required
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- Attention to details
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
