Main Duties:

Meet with the business owner to gather and document business needs and requirements.
Collects and analyzes complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis.
Analyze information delivered to identify trends, issues, or interesting findings.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Implement data integration and business intelligence solutions that adhere to the organization's internal standards and industry best practice.
Participates in high-level business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English.
Excellent command of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Experience in database and programming is preferred.
Ability to work under stress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
Prior experience in MIS or Workforce is a plus.
