Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Meet with the business owner to gather and document business needs and requirements.
  • Collects and analyzes complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis.
  • Analyze information delivered to identify trends, issues, or interesting findings.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Implement data integration and business intelligence solutions that adhere to the organization's internal standards and industry best practice.
  • Participates in high-level business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Experience in database and programming is preferred.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
  • Prior experience in MIS or Workforce is a plus.
