Job Description
Main Duties:
- Meet with the business owner to gather and document business needs and requirements.
- Collects and analyzes complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis.
- Analyze information delivered to identify trends, issues, or interesting findings.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Implement data integration and business intelligence solutions that adhere to the organization's internal standards and industry best practice.
- Participates in high-level business initiatives and assist with all levels of metric reporting
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience in database and programming is preferred.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.
- Prior experience in MIS or Workforce is a plus.
