To assist in providing a continuous support for AX.
Interpret and deliver against client business processes and requirements
To assist in implementing the support plan
Creating and executing test scripts
To provide User manual to users whenever required
Working knowledge of process development, and industry specific best practices
To drive the internal training sessions for AX finance and Supply Chain to users
To continuously monitor the performance of the system and suggest various ways to improve whenever required.
To ensure that the best practices for coding pattern of AX is followed in the development activity for any CR.

3-4 years’ Experience
Experience in implementing AX 2012 R2, 2012 R3.
Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in modules like (Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance).
Candidate should have involved in end implementation with support.
Primarily responsible for Handling tickets/tasks and application support to the end-users.
Experience in requirement gathering process interacting with client.
Experience in preparing functional specification with gap-fit analysis.
Provide clear and articulate documentations.
Good communication skills is a MUST
