Job Description
- Responsible for all daily operations of undertaken projects, He/She will manage contractual issues, proposals, financial and commercial matters, relating to the operations.
- Deploy manpower effectively to ensure that all projects are rendered in a timely manner and within the budget.
- Providing guidance and leadership to project/site managers through clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Responsible for assuring that projects are carried out in accordance with Q.H.S.E. standards.
- Keep a track record of contracting E.P.C. business within the region, develop the business, the growth strategy and updating business plans.
- Coordinate the expenditure with centralized financial, procurement and HR departments.
- Improve existing procedures and policies.
- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement.
- Identify areas of improvement, plans and implements new strategies to boost the company's effectiveness.
- Manage internal and external service suppliers.
- Execute plans designed to meet company goals by suggesting new strategies/policies and coaching employees.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
- Minimum 15 years of Experience in the same field.
- Experience in the operation in the M.E.P. Contracting field.
- Strong experience in cost control.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Other Skills: Knowledge of project management system, strong presentation and communication skills, ability to lead and most of all motivate and coach staff.
