We are Import and Distributing Company for the small home appliances located in El-Mohandesin, we are hiring top talents to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative who is self motivated, organized, detailed oriented with good communication skills.
- Managing incoming calls and build a good rapport with clients over the phone.
- Receive customer, handle and solve complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Follow up on customer interaction.
- Responsible for building a trust-able relationship with existing customers and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduates or Experienced Profiles.
- Good English and Computer Skills.
- Have knowledge of maintenance of small home appliances (like Coffee Maker, Hand Blinder, Cattle,...)
- Good communication & problems solving skills.
