Job Description
- Some Java background in order to help compare and isolate customizations that need special handling during upgrades
- Ability to build and refine automation tools or scripts
- Provide feedback to our core development team on architectural changes that may make future upgrades easier to achieve
- Communication skills to engage with customers related to testing troubleshooting that may be necessary during upgrades
- Ability to coordinate related teams with our organization around upgrade communication such cloud operations and our customer success managers
- Knowledge and some experience with windows system administration, databases and AWS
