Job Description

  • Ensure all work tools with all couriers (Mobile, boxes , etc.)
  • Split the couriers between the couriers and determine the area of each couriers.
  • Ensuring that shipments loaded on the mobile phone of the representative and ensure that the shipments held by the couriers are identical to what was loaded on the mobile
  • Conduct regular meetings of couriers to inform them of everything new. explain the mistakes of work during the current period and methods of treatment with the alert not to repeat in coordination with the Hub Leader
  • Work to maintain the good delivery rate, which is determined by commissions and incentives not less than 80%, but more effort is being made to increase the percentage.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience 1-3 years in same tittle .
  • Communication skills..
  • Gender males only.
  • Leadership.
