Job Description
- Receiving and classifying PRs from all Departments
- Responsible for communicating with suppliers for issues related to inquiries/quotation and POs.
- Follow up with suppliers/principal’s to ensure timely receipt of quotations/responses.
- Raising Purchase orders to suppliers/principal’s.
- Follow up with the suppliers to ensure timely receipt of approved documents.
Job Requirements
- High School degree; additional qualification as Procurement Specialist will be a plus
- Females only
- Knowledge of Procurement Specialist responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills & excellent follow up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
