Job Description
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Follow up with the Gm for all the workflow and the departments, Grab & Forecast new business opportunities
- Prepare and follow up on the presentations with the Clients along with attending and organizing meetings with the clients and the General Manager
