Job Description
- A Business Development Employee works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions- in the fields of: education, sports, camps, extracurricular activities, food & beverages, retail, 360-degree development program.
- Identify potential new clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Accordingly, set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
- Develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives and actively price the solution/service internally.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships by working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation using knowledge of the market and competitors.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in the business administration field
- Experience in a similar field is an asset
