Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Patient identification of medical services in terms of material costs
- Record patient data and process entry procedures Verify the personality of patients Emergency patients are registered in the night shift
- Following the exit of patients
- Follow up the transfer of patients and verify the validity of the code of residence after the transfer
- Customer-Service Skills: A successful admitting clerk will be friendly, organized and knowledgeable about the health care procedure.
- Use Computer Skills: Admitting clerks will need to process insurance information and medical records, use the phone system
- Organization: Admitting clerks need to stay organized as each client or customer that is admitted creates a paper trail that needs to to be in order.
Job Requirements
- Not less than one years' experience in Customer Service /Retail (Face to Face)
- Preferred in the hospitals field
- Preferred from (October –Giza Area )
- High University Degree is a must
- Highly Presentable Communication skills -Team work- Computer Skills
- Good command in English.
- Maxim Age 30 years
- Communication Skills: Listening to customers and hospital staff, speaking in a clear and friendly way over the phone and face-to-face is essential skills.
