Assist in the planning, prioritization, scheduling and performance of all required maintenance, including set-up, preparation and clean-up.
Coach and support guests assigned to the maintenance organization in the performance of their daily repair and maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records for any routine repairs and major maintenance projects.
Assist in the accomplishment of any maintenance required to safely operate the business and community of Gould Farm.
Act on behalf of Director of Maintenance as delegated and take responsibility for large maintenance projects.

Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical or Electric ) .
Experience at least 8 years in the field of maintenance (hospitals / hotels / residential cities / tourist villages)
Available Driving License
English is a must .
