Job Description
- Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract).
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related. matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Presenting all projects in a structured professional way.
- Understand the customer requirements.
- Follow up with our customers.
- Well present the company and maintain the best image in the client’s eyes.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database about the available properties.
- Advertising the needed properties through the different channels.
- Contact these clients through calls and email to offer them consultancy services.
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.
Job Requirements
- Preferred: Owns a car.
- Age From 23 to 35
- Working hours 10 am: 6 pm.
- English to be spoken fluently.
- Experience in real estate preferred.
- Talented and Self Motivated.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ambitious.
