Job Description

  • Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract).
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related. matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Presenting all projects in a structured professional way.
  • Understand the customer requirements.
  • Follow up with our customers.
  • Well present the company and maintain the best image in the client’s eyes.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice.
  • Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database about the available properties.
  • Advertising the needed properties through the different channels.
  • Contact these clients through calls and email to offer them consultancy services.
  • Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred: Owns a car.
  • Age From 23 to 35
  • Working hours 10 am: 6 pm.
  • English to be spoken fluently.
  • Experience in real estate preferred.
  • Talented and Self Motivated.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ambitious.
