Job Description

  • Arrange social insurance form 1, 2, 6 and take actions to open new insurance facilities.
  • Prepare and records overtime hours in order to be added to salaries to eligible employees
  • Accurate preparation of the monthly payroll effects reports and timely submission to Finance Department" as per company policy.
  • Ensure that all documents in the employees’ files comply with documents needed as set by the labor law and social insurance.
  • Generate all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor office and social insurance.
  • Provide customer service to departments and employees on payroll and personnel related inquiries.
  • Preparing letters and memo as requested.
  • Administration of employees exit process including finalizing the clearance process and prepare their financial settlement as per company policy.

Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field.

Languages:

  • Arabic: Native.
  • English: Excellent (spoken- written).

Key Skills:

  • Presentable
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Team working spirit
  • High communication & coordination skills

Computer Skills:

  • Very Good command of MS office.
  • Physical Effort& Environment:
  • Frequent use of PC
  • May require to be in a prolonged seated position
