Warehouse Manager

Duties:

• Participation with senior management meetings and expressing opinions on the results and decisions
• Participate and effective attendance at the regular meetings of the administration.
• Participate in the formulation of the main objectives and plans of the company.
• Review the position of the inventory of raw materials and compare it with the needed plans to develop and present the results of the audit to senior Management.
• Regular and continuous traffic on the company's warehouses. It ensures that store records are kept for monitoring the movement and balances of items on a regular basis. It also checks samples of these records and matches them on the movement of documents, requests for exchange and addition.
• Distributes and organizes the work method in the stores in order to achieve the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic.
• Supervises and ensures the implementation of the policies and systems of receipt, storage and disbursement of the needs of departments and sections of the company on schedule and monitoring storage levels.
• Be sure to manage the application of all appropriate storage instructions for each type and class of stored items.
• Ensure the application of occupational safety and health regulations and the commitment of warehouse personnel to implement them.
