Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Following up on client’s requests, ensure our clients are satisfied even after closing
- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies
- Use negotiation tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals.
- They usually prepare and present business proposals to clients to convince them of their services and secure a consulting deal.
- Build and establish a good working relationship with legal counsels and other consulting
- Professionals to exchange ideas and expand a personal network.
- Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property.
