Job Description
Urgently needed for a translation firm one secretary/office manager with the following duties:
- Responsible for all the administrative duties and day to day management of the firm.
- This includes all office administrative functions, Document legalizing, legal paperwork, public relations.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administration problems.
- Ensure the frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance of the office equipment
- Communicating by attaining telephone calls, fax messages and company emails follow up.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- High level of Arabic LAnguage
- Excellent knowledge of Office 2010/2013 program (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and outlook)
- High typing speed particularly in Arabic
- Three years of practical experience is a must
- Residents of Al-Ahram and six October city are preferred
