About the Job

Urgently needed for a translation firm one secretary/office manager with the following duties:

  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and day to day management of the firm.
  • This includes all office administrative functions, Document legalizing, legal paperwork, public relations.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
  • Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner, and assist in resolving any administration problems.
  • Ensure the frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance of the office equipment
  • Communicating by attaining telephone calls, fax messages and company emails follow up.

Job Requirements


  • University degree
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • High level of Arabic LAnguage
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 2010/2013 program (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and outlook)
  • High typing speed particularly in Arabic
  • Three years of practical experience is a must
  • Residents of Al-Ahram and six October city are preferred
