- Responsible of handling system support activities for our customers.
- In charge of providing excellent client experiences
- Working to resolve support issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of successful experience in IT Help Desk
- A thorough understanding of hardware and software used by the company
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server as well as networking concepts and fundamentals
- Previous experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience with IT ticketing system
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
- Good attendance and punctuality required.
- Familiarity of networking concepts and computer server systems.
- Knowledge of routers, switches and firewalls preferred
- Ability to schedule tasks, multitask, and works well under pressure.
- Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
- Virtualization Applications like Citrix, VMWare, and Hyper-V
- Analytical skills.
