  • Responsible of handling system support activities for our customers.
  • In charge of providing excellent client experiences
  • Working to resolve support issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Job Requirements
  • 3 years of successful experience in IT Help Desk
  • A thorough understanding of hardware and software used by the company
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server as well as networking concepts and fundamentals
  • Previous experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Experience with IT ticketing system
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Good attendance and punctuality required.
  • Familiarity of networking concepts and computer server systems.
  • Knowledge of routers, switches and firewalls preferred
  • Ability to schedule tasks, multitask, and works well under pressure.
  • Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
  • Virtualization Applications like Citrix, VMWare, and Hyper-V
  • Analytical skills.
